  • You may return products to HalfGuard within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging, with original tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we have made an error with the size or item delivered.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase once the returned items are received and inspected.


  • You have the option to exchange products within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging with original tags attached for exchanges to be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, please include the original product details and the new product details when contacting our customer service team.
  • Items such as underwear, mouth guards, and groin protection cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

Incorrect & Defective Items:

  • If you receive incorrect items in your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • We will arrange for the return of the incorrect items and send you the correct products as soon as possible.
  • If you receive defective items, please contact our customer service team with detailed descriptions, photos, and your order number.
  • Defective items can be returned or exchanged within a 14 day period after delivery. Returned items will be examined and defective items will be fully reimbursed.


  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from the HALFGUARD warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method used during ordering.
